SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

{ US SHIPPING }

 

We process and ship from our location in Seattle Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

 

Orders Under $25:
USPS Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): $2.00

 

Orders Over $25:
USPS FREE Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): FREE

  

{ US EXPEDITED SHIPPING / TIMELINE }

 

We are able to offer expedited shipping with the continental United States. We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. We cannot be responsible for weather delays. 

 

USPS Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days): $14.95 

 

{ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING }

 

We offer free shipping on all US orders via USPS. Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, etc. will ship via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once the order ships.
We offer international shipping. International shipping will incur additional shipping charges, as follows:

 

International (all countries): $19.95

 

International customers are responsible for all customs and duties, which may be charged by your country upon delivery. We do not ship as gifts, in order to prevent custom charges. You will receive an email with tracking information once order ships. 

 

{ RETURNS }

 

We happily accept most unused and unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of the ship date for a refund or credit.
Return items must be:

 

Within 30 days of the ship date. Refunds outside of the 30 days will not be accepted.
Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you don't have it available, print your original invoice, found in your account.
Items need to be unworn and in their original condition, with tags attached and pouch included.
Please allow 3 business days for return processing.
Sales items are final sale.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs and other fees associated with sending your return back to harpe are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we are not able to do exchanges at this time. 

 

{ CANCELLATIONS }

 

If you change your mind or made a mistake, send us an email at hello@shopharpe.com. We will do our make sure the cancellation happens. If we are able to cancel, we will send you an email with the cancellation notification. Please note:
 
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Sending a request does not guarantee the item will be cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, any time.
